Is possible to visit Bacha market on Sunday right after the overnight train trip from Hanoi to Laocai on Saturday ? Or it is better to make it on Friday and spend the night in Sapa on Saturday then see the Bac Ha market on Sunday?

Yes, you can make the Bacha market trip right away after the night train from Hanoi to Lacao on Sunday.
The train arrives around 6am, and then transfer to Bacha market, 1h30drive away. Visit the Sunday market, have a lunch there before continuing onto Sapa.
For your comfort you can always get to Sapa on Friday night, stay in Sapa on Saturday and then visit Bacha on Sunday morning. That way can take overnight train back to Hanoi on Sunday evening.
