We  are planning a trip to Cambodia  with  mainly focus in Siemreap and Phnompenh. We will  then continue our  visit to Mekong Delta  in Vietnam.  Is  it possible to go straight from Phnompenh to Mekong Delta without travelling through Sai Gon?

Yes, you can go straight from Phnompenh to Mekong Delta without travelling through Saigon by going through Can tho province. There is one bus line directly from Phnom Penh to Can tho once a day.
