Can we get the visa at HCM city border/Bangkok /Parkse borders to enter Cambodia from there? How much does it cost? What is procedure & fees if travel by air/water into Cambodia .Can it be extended if we want to stay longer? It is one entry or multiple entry required if we visit Siemreap and travel to Phuquoc Island and then back into Cambodia before flying home?

You can get visa on arrival to Cambodia at border/airport easily. Just need to bring passport + photo + US$30 in cash for stamp fee.You do not need to make multiple entry, when you be back Cambodia again, just make another visa upon arrival.
