We arrive Cantho around 10-11h in the morning. Can we still see the activities of people buying and selling in full swing?

There are many big boats in Cai Rang market, they sell out before returning, sometimes selling for 1 or 2 days. So tourists can see the daily life of the local people, it is also very interesting.
