Yeah, of course it worth spending 2 days on the Cambodia coast, even more, Carmegie. I’ll suggest you to visit Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloum. They’re so beautiful, especially for swimming and diving. Sihanoukville and Kep’re ok but nothing much to do here, just one day/night is enough.

How to get Koh Rong from Siemreap?

Getting to Koh Rong itself is pretty easy, quite time consuming. From Siem Reap, it’s a case of enduring the sleeper bus for 9 hours to Sihanoukville – try and get the ‘hotel bus’ and a direct one at that if possible. It’ll set you back around $17.

Then from Sihanoukville you need to negotiate the tuk tuk drivers and get to the jetty, grabbing your ferry ticket en route (about 6-8Usd)
