What is the schedule of bus travel from Yangon to Pyin Oo Lwin and Hsipaw? How long is the journey and fare? What about the road condition?

The bus from Yangon to Pyin Oo Lwin leaves Yangon at  7:00 PM and it takes around 12h (including rest stop) to arrive Pyin Oo Lwin.
The fare is around 15000 kyats.The road condition is good and fair.
