Feedback on the quality of the beaches andattractions in Danang?

Where are the quieter less crowded areas along Non nuoc beach? Are there beach sports at My Khe beach ?

The beach in Da Nang is quite nice, Pham Van Dong beach, My Khe beach, those areas have a lot of seafood restaurant around. The beach in Hoi An is nicer also
