What is the best alternative to Sapa, Ha Giang or Mu Cang Chai?

Sometimes, Sapa got crowed so you can visit Ha Giang or Mu Cang Chai instead. 
For visiting those places, you can come at the harvest, the yeallow rice field makes breathtaking pictures
