Is Tonle Sap lake navigable by boat in November? We would like to take mekong river cruise to visit  HCM city, Phnompenh and Siemreap

It is possible to visit Tonle sap lake by boat in November.
If you would like to take a mekong river cruise visit from Hochiminh city to Siem Reap or vice verse,you can take Le Cochinchine cruise
