I found 3 ways to travel from Siem Reap to Laem Sok Pier by bus, car and flight. We recommend taking a bus from Siem Reap Virak Buntham Express to Koh Kong Virak Buntham Express and then driving from Koh Kong Virak Buntham Express to Laem Sok, this is the cheapest option and takes about 14h 6m.
