We are visiting Vietnam shortly and would like to take the train from HCM city to Muine/Phanthiet. From the station in Phanthiet we ‘d like to take the taxi to Seahorse resort. Do you have any idea about the taxi cost and the transfer ride?

The railway from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) station to Mui Ne (Binh Thuan station) is about 200 Kilometers, You have to stop at Binh Thuan station (Before called Muong Man station), then take the taxi to Mui Ne. It’s about 40 Km from Binh Thuan station to Mui Ne. There are 4 trains including SE6, SE8 and SE22 (which belong to Reunification Express train) on this route. They depart every day and lost about 4 hours (From Saigon to Binh Thuan station or return). The types of seats include the hard seat and the soft seat. Each of the cabins is designed with the air-conditioner and the comfortable seat.
If you depart in morning, you should take SPT2 train from Saigon to Phan Thiet. Phan Thiet station belong to Center of Phan Thiet city and This station is closer Mui Ne than Binh Thuan station. It’s about 22 Km from Phan Thiet station to Seahorse resort. The price for taxi from Phan Thiet station to Seahorse is around $ 15-$20. Hope it will help!
