What is the best time of year to visit Ngapali Beach. I am thinking about going there in March/Apr. What will the climate be like at that time of year.

From November to May is the best time to visit Ngapali Beach in Myanmar. It is hot and warm (27-33c). Your time estimation is very reasonable for swimming and relax at beach.
